Billirubin Positive Serum/Plasma

Bulk plasma from patients with elevated levels of bilirubin. Bilirubin is a breakdown product of normal hemecatabolism. It is secreted in both bile and urine. Bilirubin levels mildly increase in cases of hemolysis and Gilberts Syndrome. Very high levels are seen in cases of jaundice.
