HIV Positive Serum/Plasma

Bulk human plasma positive for HIV 1 and HIV 2. Acute HIV infection presents in the majority of cases as a transient symptomatic flu-like illness, associated with high levels of HIV-1 replication and a virus-specific immune response. There are no HIV-1-specific antibodies detectable at early stages of infection.
